US SHIPPING
US shipping is open! You will notice a “handling fee” when you check out - this is the collection of the 10% tariff duties required to ship to the US. Payment for those is required before the items enter the US, so I will collect those funds from you and pay the fees!
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
UK: if required, it will be your responsibility to pay VAT when your order goes through UK customs.
CANADA: if required, import fees will be your responsibility.
EUROPE: unfortunately because of GSPR rules I cannot ship tracked packages to the EU, and I’m not comfortable sending large shop orders as untracked stamped because if it gets lost there will be no protections! However - I may be open to sending small flat items so please reach out and we can chat :)
ART MAIL
My art mail subscription is hosted and managed on ko-fi where you also have access to online content. Your subscription will renew the same day every month. Please make sure your subscription successfully renews by the end of the month - if it sits overdue into the following month, you will not qualify for that month’s rewards. Fixing your renewal will then count for the following month.
